Rosa is thrilled to announce the appointment of Olivia Gillan as the new Chair of the Board of Trustees.
Olivia brings passion for the UK women and girls sector and a wealth of experience of the UK charity sector to this role. She is currently the Chair of Little Village, Deputy Chair of Switchback and a member of Impact 100 London’s Grants and Impact Committee. Olivia was previously an interview coach with Smart Works and a Trustee of the Mark Anthony Trust. Alongside this, Olivia serves as a Magistrate in the adult criminal court in London. In a previous career, Olivia spent 15 years in strategy consulting, including with PwC where she rose to the level of Partner.
We are excited to welcome Olivia to Rosa and look forward to the energy, skills and experience she will bring. Olivia will build on Cath Dovey’s extensive and critical achievements as Chair of Rosa since 2018.
Cath will Chair her final meeting for Rosa on 25th March 2025. We are very grateful to Cath for her commitment to Rosa over the years. We’d also like to thank Sapphire Partners for their expertise in finding Olivia.
