Strengthening Organisations
One of the central tenets of our mission is to strengthen women’s and girls’ organisations. Investing in capacity building and infrastructure benefits the women and girls sector by strengthening the organisations delivering frontline work.
We provide an ongoing programme of non-financial support to the organisations we fund through our grants programmes. This includes support with safeguarding, social media, full-cost recovery, campaigning, evaluation and governance.
We do this through a wide range of training, webinars, networking sessions and learning opportunities. This tailored support also gives organisations the opportunity to meet and learn from each other.
By providing resources and support to these organisations, we can increase their capacity to address the complex and diverse needs of women and girls and ensure that their voices are heard, and their rights are protected. Ultimately, this can lead to greater empowerment and equality for women and girls, and a more just and equitable society for all.
