Rosa’s theory of change

Launched alongside our three-year strategy Creating lasting change for women and girls, our theory of change outlines how we will achieve the changes we seek to make.

As a plan of action, it highlights the problems women and girls face and barriers that make it harder for women’s and girls’ organisations to support them. It also sets out how Rosa will overcome these problems to help create a safer, fairer and more just society for all.
