Rosa Summer Conference 2026
Catch up on Rosa’s Summer Conference 2026, an event to inspire, strengthen and support women’s and girls’ organisations in their work and build connection across the wider women and girls sector.
Thanks to our invited speakers and trainers for bringing such a wealth of knowledge and insight to the event, and to everyone who contributed to the lively chat and discussions across the two days. Thanks also to Cummins, whose funding allows us to offer the Rosa Summer Conference free of charge to attendees.

Keynote: Investing in women, strengthening society
Award-winning social entrepreneur and international development expert Zubaida Bai joined us from the US for the closing plenary session of the Rosa conference to explore the importance of the work done by women’s and girls’ organisations. She drew on her global work on health, wellbeing and economic participation to illustrate why investing in women and girls is both essential in its own right and critical to society as a whole.

Feedback
Here’s a sample of what attendees had to say about the event.
The speakers were inspiring, the discussions were engaging, and the sessions provided practical ideas that I can take back to my organisation. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from funders and learn more about current priorities within the sector.
